Cash-pay fees are reviewed before treatment. Insurance may be accepted for eligible services; coverage and patient responsibility vary by plan. Eligibility, treatment, and program enrollment remain subject to physician assessment.

Medical Weight Management

One-time initial physician evaluation — $149

Required before medication enrollment. Monthly plans include prescribed medication when medically appropriate, standard shipping, one follow-up, and secure nonurgent messaging. Laboratory testing is separate.

Men’s Health / Testosterone Replacement Therapy

TRT evaluation without program enrollment — $149

Includes physician evaluation and treatment planning. The evaluation is included when the patient enrolls in a starter program. Laboratory testing is separate.

Treatment is prescribed only when medically appropriate. Laboratory testing, expedited shipping, replacement medication, and services not listed as included are separate.

Physician-Supervised IV Hydration

IV services require clinical evaluation and may be declined or modified based on the patient’s condition and safety needs.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
Prices reflect current introductory or cash-pay pricing and may change without prior notice. Existing prepaid programs are honored according to the terms in effect when purchased.
All medications and treatments require physician evaluation, clinical appropriateness, and a valid prescription or treatment order when applicable.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prescribed and dispensed for an individual patient when clinically appropriate.
Secure messaging is for nonurgent questions during business hours and is not for emergencies.
Insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed. Uninsured and self-pay patients may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduled care.
